Business Network Support Plans
- Tier 1 Plan - 2.5 hours per month - $250 a month (Remote Services Only)
- Typical $60 in savings
- Priority scheduling over non-plan clientele
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
- Tier 2 Plan - 3 hours a month - $300 a month
- Typical $115 in savings
- Priority scheduling over non-plan clientele
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
- Tier 3 Plan - 5 hours per month - $500 a month
- Typical $165 in savings
- Priority scheduling over non-plan clientele
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
Terms of programs:
- Payment terms – these support plans are only available monthly credit card auto-renewal.
- Business Support Plans (excluding Tier 1) include 1 dispatch fee per month, each additional dispatch is billed at normal rate ($40). Additional hours past monthly quote are billed at normal rate of $125.00 per hour.
